About Our InstructorsFranziska Kocher started doing pilates out of several injuries and chronic back pain some years ago. It did not only make a big difference with her health issues but also helped her getting fitter and happier in the daily life. She wanted to share this with others and became STOTT Pilates Instructor (Mat, Zenga/ Fascia, Reha, Pregnancy) certifying in 2017. As an oncology nurse she has a distinct knowledge of anatomy and the human body.
Initial and continuing education: -STOTT PILATES® Mat (several workshops essential, intermediate and advanced) -STOTT PILATES® injuries and special population (Rehabilitation trainer) -ZENGA™ Trainer (Fascia training) Her work as a nurse and Pilates instructor gives her the opportunity to combine her experience in dealing with people and their desire for (athletic) activity and to create opportunities to become aand stay active also with physical limitations such as chronic diseases, age or physical constitution. Aleksandra Golubovic is a warm, approachable instructor who is adamantly believes that yoga is for every body. After nearly a decade of practice, she completed her 200 hour Teacher Training in 2017, and has since trained in Prenatal and Trauma-Informed Yoga.
