About the Cruise:
During this Yoga Blue Cruise, a one hour yoga-session will be taught every morning and evening.
A devoted practice of āsanas (postures) and prānāyāmas (breathing exercises), done with attentiveness, refines the perception of thoughts, emotions and body sensations and leads to tranquillity and composure.
The āsanas and prānāyāmas are introduced and taught in detail and the participants get relevant information for their daily practice.
This course is meant for all Yoga practitioners, and is suitable for beginners.
All classes are taught in English, if required in German and French.

At ten years old, Kate Beck went to her first Yoga course. After her formation as an Elementary school teacher, she attended the University of Bern to major in comparative religion emphasizing on Yoga, Hinduism and Sufism.
She became a Yoga instructor in 1996 and has continued her education in philosophy and Yoga through extended stays at the Iyengar Yoga Institute in Pune, India.
Kate is the leader for the international Teacher Training programs of Patanjali Yoga Switzerland. She is known for her expertise in Yoga during pregnancy and her knowledge about the Yoga Sūtras of Patañjali.
Eva Baumgartner has been a practitioner of yoga for ten years now. She followed Kate’s teacher training from 2009 to 2011 and is a Level II certified Teacher of Patanjali Yoga Switzerland. She has been teaching beginners at Patanjali Yoga Switzerland since.
To deepen her understanding of yogic principles, she regularly attends workshops at Patanjali Yoga Switzerland and has spent two months at the Iyengar Yoga Institute in Pune, India.
Additionally, her expertise as a cardiovascular nurse provides her with profound knowledge of the human anatomy and physiology.
Yoga has been a part of Eva Hartmann´s life for over ten years now.
Her curiosity accompanies her on the mat as well as on her travels around the world.
She is a dedicated yoga practitionar and yoga teacher of several years´ experience (BDY teacher training and certificate 2012-2014).
She expands her knowledge as a student of Patanjali Yoga Switzerland for the Level III teaching certificate.
Finding the beauty of the moment is easiest in beautiful locations, that´s why she thinks the Yoga Cruise Turkey as the ideal surrounding for yoga practice.
As a faithful practitioner of Yoga since 20 years, Nathalie Peyer has been teaching as a certified teacher of Patanjali Yoga Switzerland since 2010.
Deeply impressed by the endless wisdom of the union of body, mind and soul, she regularly attend Yoga and Meditation retreats in Switzerland and abroad.
In addition, as a PHD holder in Social Anthropology doing research and working for different NGOs in South Asia, she gained a profound knowledge of the region where the ancient yoga philosophy comes from.
She is a mother of two boys with whom she loves to explore the world near and far, in Turkey and elsewhere.
